The Ruins is an organic South African Pinotage.
Dark in colour it has a powerful - almost overwhelming yet pleasant - aroma of burn oak reminicent of a large open log fire.
The oak aroma is carried though to the palet and gives this wine an intense full bodied flavour - not for the feint hearted!
