Chateau Biac is located in the Cadillac domaine of Bordeaux and can be traced back over 600 years - the manor house itself dates to 1755.
The present owners Tony and Youmna Asseily who are Lebanese puchased and made the Chateau their home in 2006 after falling in love with the region and have lovingly restored the vineyard and winery.
There are 9 hectare of vines, including semillion and sauvingnon blanc - Biac quite litterally is the poster child for the region.
